To enhance communication with applicants, the CDE also provides consultation services for cell therapy technology projects which are under review. When medical institutions have questions about the content of cell therapy technology project letters, the Cell Therapy Technology Consultation Services Application Form can be submitted.
- Eligibility
- Eligible Applicants: Applicants for cell therapy technology projects.
- Application Process
- Applicants submit applications to the CDE: Fill out the Cell Therapy Technology Consultation Services Application Form online.
- Case acceptance notice: The CDE will provide the contact information of the project manager responsible for the case.
- Confirm consultation questions: If the questions are unclear or the case content is incomplete, missing information needs to be submitted.

- Communication meeting
- After formally accepting the case, a communication meeting will be held approximately 2 weeks after the applicant provides relevant presentation content, data, and material. After confirming the meeting time, a template of communication meeting minutes will be sent to the applicant.
- Meeting Process:
- The meeting is limited to 1 hour. To facilitate efficient discussion during the meeting, if the applicant intends to present a briefing, the briefing should not exceed 10 minutes.
- The communication meeting will not involve a pre-review or accept new consultation questions.
- Applicants must provide a draft communication meeting minutes to the CDE within 7 days after the meeting.
- Approximately 2 weeks after the applicant provides the draft meeting minutes, the CDE will provide the formal meeting minutes.

The method of reply will be decided by the CDE according to the complexity of the case.
