1. Perform assesment report on effectivness, pharmocoeconomic evaluation and adaptability to Taiwan for cases of new drugs applying to the Drug Beneficiary Committee (DBC) in BNHI.
2. Provide consultation services to industries.
3. Special projects assigned by DBC/BNHI.
4. Establish the points to consider for assessment and standard operation procedures.
5. Establish the methodology of budget impact analysis and indirect comparison of effectiveness.
6. Hold various educational workshops to nurture the domestic human capacity of HTA.
7. Professional dialogue with domestic and international experts of HTA.
8. Actively networking with international organizations of HTA, and participate related international activities proactively.
9. Research HTA system of other countries for the future development of HTA system in Taiwan.
